1. Who we are

AnswerAxis is operated by Jeremiah Daws, based in Suwanee, Georgia. Contact: jeremiah@answeraxis.com · (678) 771-6794.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver the service you requested:

  • Contact information — name, email, phone number, business name. Provided when you book an assessment, sign up for the Phone Agent, request a custom build, or chat with our AI assistant.
  • Assessment intake data — the audio recording and transcript of your call with Annie, our AI interviewer. Used only to produce your assessment report.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We retain the transaction ID, amount, and status.
  • Phone Agent call data (for clients) — call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and booking details for your own customers, so your AI receptionist can do its job. You own this data.
  • Analytics — page views, referring URLs, UTM parameters, and basic device info via Vercel Analytics. No persistent cross-site tracking.

3. How we use it

  • Deliver the products and services you purchased.
  • Follow up about your booking, report, or build engagement.
  • Respond to support questions or sales inquiries.
  • Improve our AI assistants (Annie, Axis, Sarah). We review conversations to fix bugs and improve prompts — we do NOT feed your data into third-party model training.
  • Meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of vendors to run the service. They each receive only the data they need:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Vapi + 11Labs + OpenAI — voice and language AI for our phone agents and chat.
  • Twilio — phone number infrastructure for our voice lines.
  • Convex — database and backend hosting.
  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
  • Google — Calendar integration for Phone Agent clients (only when you connect your calendar).
  • Resend — transactional email.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Account and transaction records: 7 years (tax requirements). Phone Agent call data (for clients): for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation. Chat conversations and assessment transcripts: indefinitely, unless you request deletion.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete it. Email jeremiah@answeraxis.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah have additional rights under state privacy law — same email works.

7. AI-specific disclosures

  • Axis (site chat), Annie (assessment intake line), and Sarah (business receptionist, outbound caller, Phone Agent demo) are AI agents. They will identify themselves as AI when asked or on first breath.
  • Conversations with these agents are recorded and transcribed. Recording begins when you connect.
  • We use OpenAI (GPT-4o) for language generation and ElevenLabs for voice. Your conversation content passes through their systems under their respective data policies. Neither uses our data for model training under their business tiers.

8. Changes

We’ll update this page if practices change. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.
