Terms of Service

1. Who we are
AnswerAxis is operated by Jeremiah Daws, Suwanee, Georgia. By purchasing or using any AnswerAxis service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t use the service. Contact jeremiah@answeraxis.com with questions.
2. AI Readiness Assessment
What you get: a 20-30 minute phone intake with our AI interviewer Annie, followed by a written action plan prepared personally by Jeremiah within 48 hours of your intake call.
Money-back guarantee:if your delivered report doesn’t include at least 3 actionable recommendations you can implement, request a refund within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund 100% of the assessment fee, no questions asked.
Assessment credit (Business track only): if you purchase the $1,000 Business Assessment and become a Phone Agent client within 90 days, your $1,000 fully covers the Phone Agent setup fee and your first month of service. The credit is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and applies once per customer.
3. AI Phone Agent
$500 one-time setup + $500/month, billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime; no contract, no early-termination fee.
30-day risk-free trial:if by day 30 your Phone Agent isn’t catching calls and booking jobs, contact us to cancel and you’ll owe nothing beyond the setup fee.
Usage:the Phone Agent is provisioned under your business. You’re responsible for the content of your scripts, services listed, and calendar availability. We provide the infrastructure and tune the agent during onboarding.
Phone numbers: numbers provisioned for your Phone Agent are portable out. If you cancel, you can request the number be ported to another provider.
4. Custom Builds
Scoped and quoted on a case-by-case basis after our scoping call. A formal Statement of Work will cover deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, and revisions. Typical structure: 50% up front, 50% on delivery. Refunds on custom work are governed by the specific SOW.
5. Payments
All payments processed by Stripe. Subscription charges renew automatically until cancelled. Failed charges will be retried per Stripe’s smart retry schedule; services may be suspended after 7 days of failed payment. Disputes should be raised directly with us first — we’ll almost always work it out faster than a chargeback.
6. Refunds
- Assessments: 14-day money-back guarantee from report delivery, as described in Section 2.
- Phone Agent setup fee: refundable only if you cancel during the 30-day risk-free trial AND your agent failed to perform as described.
- Phone Agent monthly: non-refundable once billed. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
- Custom builds: per the SOW. Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Acceptable use
You won’t use AnswerAxis services for illegal activity, harassment, spamming (including cold-calling consumer numbers without consent or TCPA compliance), deceptive practices, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend accounts for violations and refund any unused period.
8. AI disclosure
Our AI agents identify themselves as AI on contact. As a Phone Agent client, you represent that your business complies with applicable voice/call disclosure law in your jurisdiction.
9. Liability
AnswerAxis provides services as-is. We work hard to make them great, but no software or AI is perfect. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active customers at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
